Decathlon Belgium's Customer Service team is looking for a Data Intern to join its team !

Are you a sports enthusiast, full of energy, and incredibly meticulous ? Are you passionate about data and want to use your skills to enhance the customer experience ?

As a Data Intern within our Customer Service team, you will be involved in the following aspects:

• Developing existing reports for the Customer Relations Center.

• Creating new reports.

• Assisting clients in understanding their reporting needs.

Are you currently a student in marketing, data science, or computer science ? And yo are looking for an unpaid internship lasting a minimum of 3 months ? Then this opportunity is for you ! 

As Data Intern in our team, you have a keen interest in the field of customer service. You are rigorous, organized, and possess strong analytical and synthesis skills. You are proactive, curious, and enjoy teamwork.

Also, you have : 

• a strong interest in data analysis.
• knowledge of data analysis tools (SQL, Python, etc.). Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) would be a plus.
• Languages: you speak at least FR or NL and you can understand one of the other national language.
