Within our HR team, you guarantee the reliability of teammate payslips and ensure smooth administrative management. You manage the complete payroll cycle (from A to Z), you ensure compliance with social legislation, oversee processes, follow and share your expertise with colleagues, and act as the expert point of contact for employees and external partners, optimizing systems and guaranteeing data accuracy. 

  • Personnel & payroll administration: 

    • Manage, with our payroll cycle manager, the monthly payroll cycle. 

    • You accurately monitor absences, holidays, sick leave, and keep our HR database perfectly up to date. 

    • You ensure the accuracy of the employee's remuneration at every stage of their career.

    • You integrate variable elements (hours, absences, bonuses), check social security contributions, handle expense claims, and ensure accurate pay calculations.

  • Legal compliance: Apply collective labor agreements (CCT) and Belgian social laws to daily operations, ensuring contracts, active files, and amendments are fully compliant.

  • Local teams support: Answer payroll and social benefits questions from store HR contacts and store managers with clarity and empathy. 

  • Data and quality : you take part in control towers, help certify payroll accuracy, and strictly enforce data confidentiality and GDPR rules.

  • Process optimization: Participate in the implementation of new HR procedures and optimize our HRIS system.

We are also looking for a profile that :

  • masters payroll techniques : you understand labor law, social security mechanisms, and the rules of our collective bargaining agreements. 

  • has at least 3 years of proven experience working with a social secretariat or in a corporate HR department. Having already an experience with international mobility files is a plus. 

  • is  proficient in the Google Suite and comfortable with data tables for analyses. Having a knowledge of Eblox and Workday is a plus.

  • is fluent in Dutch and you are able to express yourself in French.

  • The team : You join a team of 5 payroll administrators;.

  • Flexibility: You work on a basis of standard office hours with the possibility of homeworking up to 2 days a week, with necessary flexibility during end-of-month closing periods; main location : HQ in Evere.

  • Start date : begin january 2027.
