Job Description

At Decathlon, we share a common purpose: to sustainably make the pleasure and benefits of sport accessible to the many. To ensure our in-store teams can best advise and guide our sports enthusiasts, they need high-performing, clear, and attractive visual materials, tools, and information platforms.

Do you have a creative streak, a design-oriented mindset, and a desire to build practical digital platforms? Join the "How to Sell" team at our headquarters in Brussels (Evere) for a stimulating mission at the heart of our commercial strategy!

Your Responsibilities

Working closely with the current design team, you will actively participate in the digitization and enhancement of our commercial concepts and sales methods:

  • Internal Web Creation: You will design and build from scratch the new internal "How to Sell" Google Site, which serves as a benchmark reference for our field teams.

  • Platform Management (com2u): You will manage both the back-office and front-office of our internal com2u platform (updating content, optimizing UX/usability, and supporting users).

  • Graphic Design & Merchandising: You will apply your creativity to our physical and digital store concepts to deliver clear, modern, and high-impact information.

  • Collaboration & Innovation: As a full-fledged member of the "How to Sell" team, you will think outside the box to bring fresh visual and functional ideas.

Job Profile

We are looking for someone passionate about visuals, curious, resourceful, and solution-oriented. You like thinking outside the box, testing new ideas, and working as part of a team.

Additionally:

  • Technical & creative skills: You want to refine your skills in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, etc.) and have a natural affinity for Web Design/UX.

  • Retail & commercial Mindset: You are interested in store concepts, merchandising, and product presentation.

  • Languages: Given our bilingual and international environment, proficiency in Dutch and French is a strong asset. Knowledge of English is a plus.

Schedule & Conditions

  • Minimum 3 months up to maximum 1 year.

  • You will work 2 to 3 days per week within the "How to Sell" team network in our headquarters in Evere.

  • Opportunity to extend working hours up to 36 hours/week during peak activity months (January, February, June, July, August, and December).

  • Training on operating and mastering our internal platform will be provided.
