As our Digital Analyst, you are the strategic engine of our e-commerce and omnichannel ecosystem. You turn complex user behaviors into clear growth opportunities, ensuring every digital step our customers take is smooth, intuitive, and satisfying.
1. Digital Experience Strategy
- Own the measurement strategy for customer journeys across all digital touchpoints.
- Partner with product teams to pinpoint pain points and unlock new conversion opportunities.
2. Forecasting & Operational Alignment
- Build GMV forecasts based on historical trends and commercial plans.
- Translate digital sales targets into warehouse volume projections to ensure delivery capacity.
- Act as an "early warning system" by tracking real-time performance against targets.
3. Strategic Insights & Influence
- Turn complex behavioral data into clear recommendations for GMV, Profitability, and NPS.
- Manage the analytics backlog by focusing on requests with the highest business impact.
- Provide the data evidence required to support or pivot strategic initiatives.
4. Performance & Optimization
- Maintain weekly/monthly dashboards for key KPIs (Conversion, Bounce Rate, RPU).
- Drive the local testing agenda by generating hypotheses and validating feature results (A/B Testing)
- Act as the local-to-global liaison for tracking fixes and data quality.
5. Excellence & Collaboration
- Drive data literacy and self-service capabilities across the digital department.
- Embed behavioral insights into every e-commerce project to ensure data-led decisions.
Job Profile
We are looking for an autonomous profile who thrives at the intersection of tech and business.
You see the big picture and can project a long-term vision for digital performance. You are comfortable with Agile practices and research strategies.
You are a natural business partner, skilled at managing relationships and influencing decisions through data.
Proactive and curious, you don't just report data, you go looking for the "why" behind the numbers. You can turn technical data into a clear, compelling story that stakeholders at all levels can understand.
Moreover,
- you have a solid background in e-commerce and a passion for the digital world.
- you are a pro with journey mapping and analytics tools (Amplitude, ContentSquare, SQL, Tableau, or Databricks).
- you can speak Dutch and/or French. English is required.

- You work full-time from our headquarters in Evere. Remote working is possible 2x/week
