Job Description

If you know how to create a website and consider customer relations to be an important factor in a company, then this internship is for you! 

Your tasks will include: 

  • designing and developing a website centralising information on customer service and experience in Belgium;
  • creating a resource platform for the customer service managers in the 34 shops; 
  • helping to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction strategies; 
  • updating and optimising the content of the website.

Job Profile

We are looking for a student (IT, Business, Digital Marketing or equivalent), who regularly plays sports. 

Mastery of website creation tools (CMS, HTML, CSS, etc.) is required, as well as the ability to work autonomously, but also in a team. An interest in customer relations is also expected.

A professional knowledge of French is required, and a good knowledge of Dutch would be a plus.
