In order to decide on future directions for our rental business model we would like a detailed analysis of our current refurbishment processes and on the field testing of the identified improvements. This analysis concludes Value Stream Mapping of current procedures, time management on the field and simulation of future improvements, both theoretical and on the field. The final deliverable also includes the creation of the ideal process architecture by 2027. 

Furthermore, you will work closely together with our refurbishment team in logistics (Willebroek).

We are looking for someone who has a passion for sports and an interest in circular economy. A background in operations, stock management, lean management or logistics is a bonus! You need to be able to work independently and dare to ask for help when needed. You are very solution oriented and you deliver high quality work. You are a good communicator and you dare to think outside of the box, always while keeping your feet on the ground and being realistic as well. You are analytical and well structured and eager to do 'on the field' work in our Circular Logistics Hub as well, located in Willebroek.  

You will be part of the sustainability and circular team of Decathlon Belgium. Remote work is possible but we would like to see you at least twice a week at our HQ in Brussels. After all, doing sports remotely is quite boring...
