In order to decide on future directions for our rental business model we would like you to execute a deep dive analysis (quantitative and qualitative) on the current customer journey, construct the ideal future customer journey to develop and propose a road map with the identification of 'must haves' and 'nice to have' elements and their potential impact. This includes a customer analysis will be conducted with different sport categories in mind and has its focus on Belgium customers. The final deliverable of this internship is to finish with a clear 'as is analysis', a targeted customer journey for the future and clear recommendations on how to reach this vision. This internship also includes daily testing of the current customer journey in order to be sure all elements are well functioning (technically).

We are looking for someone who has a passion for sports and an interest in circular economy. A background in (digital) marketing is a plus! 

You need to be able to work independently and dare to ask for help when needed. You are very solution oriented and you deliver high quality work. This internship will include a lot of 'field work' by being much in contact with both our online (website) and offline teams (store). 

You will be part of the sustainability and circular team of Decathlon Belgium. Remote work is possible but we would like to see you at least twice a week at our HQ in Brussels. After all, doing sports remotely is quite boring...
