We are looking for a Business Development Junior—someone who doesn’t just follow sports news but understands the business behind the next big trend, from the rise of connected cycling to the explosion of eco-designed outdoor gear.

Your Mission

As our "Trend Radar" and lead recruiter, you will scout the market and bring the best sports brands into our ecosystem.

  • Scouting the Market: Identify the next "it" partners in the sports world. Whether it’s a sustainable startup disrupting camping or a global leader in padel, you find them and you pitch them.

  • Growing the Portfolio: Lead the end-to-end recruitment of new partners—from the first cold contact on LinkedIn to the final signature.

  • Pitching with Conviction: Master commercial negotiation to give partners every reason to join our project, ensuring all legal and commercial regulations are met.

  • Being a Data Athlete: Analyze market studies and KPIs to estimate GMV potential. You define ambitious objectives and prove why a partner belongs on the Decathlon platform.

  • Managing the Onboarding Trajectory: Support the smooth integration of new partners, ensuring they are set up for success from day one.

  • Piloting Activity: Use CRM tools to organize your prospecting portfolio and track your "I say / I do" commitments.

Profil

We are looking for a "Digital Native" with the hustle and social ease to talk to everyone from local founders to global CEOs.

Organized and autonomous, you know how to structure your prospecting process while staying reactive to market changes.

As a natural connector, you enjoy the thrill of the pitch. You have the "hustle" required to open doors and the courage to make bold decisions.

Passionate of sports, you spend your Sunday mornings doing sports and your Monday mornings reading the last sports news.

You have an excellent communication, active listening, and a strong sense of adaptability. You are curious by nature and obsessed with the customer experience.

Moreover, 

  • You understand how e-commerce ecosystems breathe. Familiarity with Mirakl, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or CRM tools is your starting block.
  • International market approach, negotiation mastery, and a deep understanding of commercial policies.
  • You navigate easily between English and either French or Dutch (mastering both is your "Golden Goal").
