Mission

If you consider the customer to be at the heart of the company, this internship is for you!

You will have a variety of tasks, including: 

  • managing and optimizing the loyalty program and CRM; 
  • working with shop customer service managers to improve the in-store customer experience;
  • driving loyalty and customer satisfaction strategies; 
  • analyzing loyalty data and making recommendations for improvements.

Profil

We are looking for a student (Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent), available for an internship of a minimum of 3 months.  

You love sports and have a keen interest in customer relationship management and customer loyalty. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Finally, analytical skills are needed to interpret customer data.

A professional knowledge of Dutch and English is required, and a good knowledge of French would be a plus.
